Bahama Breeze has good food but horrible management. We made a reservation two days in advance for a 9-person party on my sister's birthday. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation time, cake in hand. They had not reserved any tables for us because they just didn't have room, and then said we would have to wait for others to finish. This completely defeats the purpose of a RESERVATION. But the worst was yet to come. The general manager lied to us repeatedly... first she told us that a party table in the back had paid and were finishing their desserts. We watched as their first round of desserts were delivered 15 minutes later. Apparently at some point she told the party table that another party was waiting and they would need to leave soon. I would have been insulted if they had said this to me while I was enjoying my dinner, just to cover up for their incompetence. She even stationed servers near their table to put pressure on them to leave (she admitted this to us... wow). Later, another 9-person party table opened up, but we watched for 20 minutes as it remained dirty. We asked the manager if we could just sit there (we had been waiting for our RESERVED table for over an hour at this point), and she told us that she heard from somebody we didn't want to sit there. Another lie. The table remained unclean. She wouldn't even look us in the eye unless we went up to her first and her tone was overly rude all night. Finally an hour and a half later we were seated and given one free appetizer. Hooray. The waitress was great. If you make reservations here, don't expect them follow through.
