| - I don't want to discount anyone's, perceived, sub par customer service because, clearly, it's always an individual experience. I will say that my husband and I have had extraordinary service, on several occasions, from our salesperson, Kimmie Wyatt. We were looking for dining room furniture and had seen some at Ethan Allen that we almost bought - but I wanted to check out Restoration Hardware first. Kimmie greeted us, in a friendly manner, as soon as we walked in and asked if there were anything she could help with. We instantly felt at ease and ended up having a delightful time while our questions were answered, suggestions were made and expert guidance was given. We ordered a table and chairs and felt that the price was as good or better than we would get elsewhere for the same (or lessor) quality. While when I first heard about their new "membership pricing" I was a little leery, it actually has been a huge benefit and provided substantial savings. We were so pleased that we have since ordered on two other occasions from Kimmie. Now I am looking forward to the time I can upgrade my bedroom! I should add that we need all of these orders to be delayed as we were waiting to move into a new home. Jimmie made sure everything was scheduled to account for our move and it's worked out perfectly for us. The quality of the furnishings is excellent and, for us, we are beyond satisfied with every phase of our shopping experience.
