I had family coming to visit so I was at this location to rent a van. I denied getting additional insurance coverage, but the man at the counter kept pressing me to get it. To quote what he said "If anything happens, you have to pay THIS amount, every day the van is in the shop". He repeated it not once, but FOUR TIMES. He also implied, NOT in a nice way at all, that I WOULD be getting into an accident-- I don't know whether because I'm a woman or also because of the unfortunate coincidence that I'm ASIAN as well (yes i am well aware of the stereotype of Asian women drivers).
Your employees need to go for sensitivity training and learn not to irritate customers.
