  • Reprodux really reproSUX! Good lord, what is with them? They are perfectly pleasant but that does not make up for their shiteous customer service. On Tuesday I took a poster in to be matte laminated, and they told me to come back the following day at lunch. So - I did. Not ready. Fine, they tell me to come back in an hour. I give them 4 hours - come back, still not done. They then tell me they can laminate in shiny for me - at which point I tell them that I could have done that service in my own building, and I came here specifically for the matte. They apologize and tell me they won't charge me as they feel really bad - come back tomorrow they say. I give them a few good solid days to get it done (mostly b/c I was really busy, I am at work after all) and come back on Monday. Finally - it is ready! I went to pay my $8.50 bill (apparently, they forgot about their free offer) with a $20, and they did not have change - that's right, apparently they did not have $12 bucks in their till. WTF? Seriously? I then stand there while their little counter monkey scampers off to go get change for 10 mins. Really? All that to get something laminated? Boourns to that I say!
