  • Mike and Michelle had their hands full with us. We were going through a divorce, in different states, way behind on our mortgage and being sued by our HOA. We were in a huge hurry to wrap things up. Mike sold our house for asking price in two weeks. He made sure the HOA and mortgage company got their share in addition to going to bat for us with the title company because we just had no money. What he was able to accomplish was just short of a miracle. My soon to be ex-wife and I had to do practically nothing except e-sign documents. Working with Mike and Michelle was an absolute pleasure during an extremely difficult time. Their expertise and sense of urgency is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them under any circumstances.
