  • Umm...welp...I love RA, especially the Ahwatukee location, but since I've moved I had to satisfy my craving and this location was the nearest. The place was PACKED. I mean paaaaacked: people creating their own parking spots packed. We were a party of two so quickly were seated. A Plus. Although our waiter was nice, he didn't give us our complete order. No biggie, he didn't charge us for food that wasn't served. I felt rushed however. There constantly was someone at the table asking "how are things...can I take the plate?" While there was still food on them. We ordered a CA roll, spicy tuna and RA'kin shrimp tacos: one thing came out at a time.... Odd. With some significant time between each drop off. I was soooo craving the tacos and was majorily disappointed! The rice shell stuck to our teeth, they were overloaded with guacamole (?) and I felt cheated out of shrimp. The Ahwatukee sites were 1000% better . I guess if I'm ever in town I'll stop by but I won't be visiting the Val Vista location anymore
