Worst service I ever get from a car dealer
I lease a new 528 two months ago after 2 weeks I noticed there is a window button is missing!!!
As you can see in the picture
I call back to service department and they get me an appointment they check the car and told me they will call me in when the part will get to them
It's been two weeks nobody call me .... So I call them to follow up. I called 5 times and they keep transfer me from service to parts and nobody knows what I'm talking about......
