Came here on a Thursday evening around dinner time and it was surprisingly not that busy. We had a group of 5 and were sat right away. Being someone who's never had udon before, I had a lot of questions about the menu, and unfortunately the waitress we had did not seem to understand what I was asking and wasn't able to answer my questions. Nevertheless, I ordered the dragon udon. I was slightly disappointed. The noodles were nice, but a little too soft and mushy for my tastes. The broth seemed pretty flavorless, and it was definitely not spicy enough, even with added chili oil. However we did get the pork belly appetizer and it was definitely amazing, some of the best pork belly I've had in vegas. That in itself gives this place 3 stars for sure.
