Would give zero stars based off my last few visits. The newer lady that works there is clueless. The drinks have always been good however last visit she had all these questions about my drink that I'd never been asked before and it's on their menu. And now today I went to redeem my free drink on Perka because I've reached 10, and she says on her system it only shows I've reached 7, but that she can see on my phone I get a free drink. She said Perka switched to a new system and this problem has come up recently before but she'll have to talk to management. Not my problem, not satisfied, I left without a drink and don't think I'll come back. There are other boba tea places just as good with better service.
Update: Teastreet management responded and said they would look into why my points weren't merged when the Perka app was updated. They gave me 20% off, and then it appears they found out how to merge my points because I'm showing again my free drink. So I do appreciate the fact they read their reviews and the do respond. Thank
