| - I couldn't help but see a negative rating above. And I can understand how someone could feel that way, at first . Dr. Kaplan, is quick and to the point. I wasn't sure I was in the right hands to begin with, due to his, what some would refer to as, a "gruff" or rushed" bedside manner.
However, with that said, you must understand that their offices are booked TOTALLY, and ALWAYS full, Not because they're "terrible", but because they are Extremely Knowledgeable and Caring! Those qualities are hard to find together these days! So, for those of us, whom are willing to wait that extra few minutes here or there, do so with patience!
Because, when it's our turn for the Doctor's COMPLETE attention, we KNOW, that we too, will receive 100% from them!
I have been blessed by having
Dr. David Kaplan and his entire staff for the past two and a half years. I would not change my team, for anything!
Dr. Kaplan took me on as a patient, when most others would have turned me away. I had left a stent in my right ureter for over two years "past" the time it should have been exchanged. He didn't bat an eye at taking on such a risk factor! He has kept me from losing my right kidney ,whereas it would have surely by now, quit working altogether, died and thus removed.
I thank him each and every day in my prayers!
He's extremely professional, q only takes that first visit to see, that he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in his field of expertise!
The staff is also very caring as well as proficient!
Thank you all,at
Academic Urology , Anthem.
From a very grateful, and still alive, patient!
Respectfully,
Kathy T.
