  • This was my first time visiting Heronview and my first impression was "wow this place looks amazing!" But my first impression on the staff was not the best. I was VERY confused on where to start (where to order) and no one seemed to welcome us or offer us any help until we walked up to the freezer where the staff was basically moving around everywhere. We were helped by this lady who was rude and seemed very depressed. But the rest of the staff seemed very nice and happy. I will be coming back because of their wide variety on their menu and because of their staff but will probably stay away from the woman that helped me before.
