  • Highly recommend!!! The owner, Jeremy, and his coworker, EJ, were the epitome of professional. They came with a friendly greeting and got right to work without delay. Jeremy did all the wheeling and dealing since he is the owner; he was up front, honest, and very fair. Jeremy was very patient with my 6-year-old son whom likes to ask tons of questions. Jeremy answered all of my son's questions as if he was the one paying!!! When it came to doing the job, these guys were clean and respected our belongings. The house was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. They even replaced some missing screws on our vents that were missing before they even got here. And some screws didn't match each other and they replaced those too.... just so they'd match!!! Great attention to detail guys!!! :-) When it came to our stubborn dryer vent, I was impressed with how the guys did not voice or express their frustration when they had a hard time finding the outside location of the vent (I could only tell they were frustrated because I was trying to help them find it and I got frustrated too... there were about 8 on the roof to choose from since this is a condo with multiple units). In the end, I understood that the vent being completely clogged made it difficult because there was no air flow to feel for. The crap that came out of the vent would have easily filled a WalMart shopping bag. Due to the unforeseen difficulty, the guys spent a lot more time here than they anticipated and they still didn't even charge an extra dime. Honest, knowledgeable, fair are a few words I would choose to describe this business. Oh, and the price was less than half of what others wanted to charge!!!
