| - Really nice experience with these guys. Walked in to get some visa photos taken and they were friendly, fast and professional.
Pricewise, they're a little expensive ($13/$14 for the first 'set' and $6 bucks for each set after that -- a set being two photos), but it was worth it to have everything taken care of in the space of 15 minutes. Especially when I consider the fact that up until I put my shoes on to go out the door, I actually thought visa photos and passport photos were the same thing. Yeah, the whole "Passport photos are NOT the same as visa photos! Bring this sheet with you to your photographer,' didn't give it away until I was actually leaving for Shoppers.
There's a lovely man who works here (he may have been the owner) and it was literally, "There's the mirror, have a seat here, snap, is this okay? Pefect, come and collect them in 15." He was no nonsense, fast and efficient without making you feel like you were super rushed/he wanted you out of there.
I still look like a zombie in my photos but it was definitely the most pain-free errand I've ever been on.
