  • Hands down the worst living experience of my life. I lived on building 23, unit 1116 and my stay here was painful, a nightmare for the entire 12 months. During summer season, the sun sets directly at one of the rooms window and turns room into a giant furnace, temperature reaching as high as 90 degrees inside room, no kidding. Central HVCA for this room is useless. My rent was over $1100 for this 3 bedroom. During summer, my electric bill was a staggering $285 on average. Robin, the useless property manager, and Valeria her assistant, she's something else (the word "lazy" is a compliment to her). Also, dog feces are everywhere. Imagine toddlers and kids walking around barefoot near the pool and stepping on dog feces. Parking is another nightmare, friends and relatives had a hard time finding visitors lot near my unit. Unlike other complexes, even the uncovered lots are assigned to condo owners. And what is up with hole in the ceiling in the master bathroom? A freaking HVAC hole? Are you kidding me? Every time the A/C is running, A/C water leaks thru the pipe all over the bath tub...Good luck showering then!!!! Can't wait to get the fuck out of here.
