  • I cannot speak highly enough of the service I was given with this firm. I was involved in a multicar, chain reaction accident on 77 in which I was near the tail end. I ended up being hit by another car trying to avoid the accident happening in front of me which led to me flipping my car. Somehow I ended up with a ticket in addition to my totaled car. I was in a panic and a friend of mine referred me to Remington & Dixon. From the first phone call my nerves were put at ease. Jennifer took my statement of account and explained my options and the procedures. I did not have to show up to my first or second court date (first resulted in a continuance). Brandon ultimately got my ticket DISMISSED!! It was not just the low, competitive rate I was given for their services but the personal attention that I was most appreciative of. The whole team made me feel completely comfortable about the whole process and in a difficult time it was such a relief to feel like I was important and being well taken care of. Hopefully I will not have to use their services again but if I do I will not hesitate to go back!
