Living in Swansea, we have two major grocery stores (and a number of mom and pop veggie and fruit marts). A combination of No Frills for packaged goods (for cheap) and Sobey's for better produce and cheaper meat (surprisingly) is what we do.
The Sobey's Supermarket is clean, which can't be said about many within the city. Customer service from the cashiers has been pleasant, and they are helpful. There are 8 self-checkout lanes, which is definitely an asset for me when I'm in a hurry. The in-store Tim's does breakfast sandwiches, and have a decent selection of pastries as well.
Definitely glad we have the store in the neighborhood.
