Came here for the grand opening. I thought it was pretty cool that they let you try one fo' free if stood in the 1.5+hour line.
But as an ice-cream and cookie lover I was a little disappointed in the end products.
I got 1 chocolate chip cookie, 1 white chocolate 1macadamia nut cookie with Carmel cinnamon swirl: added gummies. For 3.99, I don't think it was worth it. I was picturing it would taste something like the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches I buy all the time. Trouble is: one. The cookie was suuuppppeeerr hard, and verged on burnt. Even after it soaked up some of the melted ice cream it became a crumbly mess when I bit into it. Two: they don't give enough ice cream to match the cookie size. (Maybe because they were giving it for free they gave less?)
But the owner seems like an awesome family man. Super upbeat and he's put together a great team of workers.
Will I come back? Maybe. It's a long drive from henderson, and I don't see the point right now.
