| - Ford AUTONATION is TERRIBLE! How is it reasonable to charge a LONG one customer for a "hole" in a cars computer code?? Our vehicle has a remote start, unfortunately the remote start malfunctioned- leaving my husband stranded in Phoenix for a few hours. Not only did it take 4 days to get his vehicle back, the technician then explained there was a computer programming error that Ford was not aware of.... Until NOW. It's not the $300 we spent to have it reprogrammed, it's the fact that Ford now knows what the error is and will be prepared when this happens to the next customer.
I have always been a strong supporter of Ford, but seeing the lack of regard for their customers time and inconvenience, we will look elsewhere when purchasing our next new vehicle next month.
Lastly, when the car was in the service center, it was returned to us with a different iPhone cord. Now we have a broken cord and what appears to be a poorly manufactured car. I hope this saves someone some trouble in the future.
UPDATE: 6/12/17- My husband spoke with the manager, who initially offered to assist due to a previous message that was sent... The "manager" offered NO help, just your typical "it is what it is" response. No courtesy for LONGTIME customers? Why would we stay loyal to Ford with service like this? Might have a great product, but with no customer service, we will be shopping elsewhere for our next vehicle (scheduled for August 2017- great job AUTONATION Ford of Scottsdale).
