| - There's nothing good I can say about this place. Don't live here unless you want to pay to live in a bug exhibit. There were massive cockroaches CONSTANTLY crawling around. My roommate and I got our apartment sprayed for the bugs every other week, and even fogged multiple times which required packing up all of our stuff and retreating from the apartment for hours. It was a essentially like moving out and back in all the time. I can't even think of the amount of times we complained about various problems, it's definitely more than I can count on both hands.
Another issue is the noise. Every week, it was Tuesday mornings when I lived there, at 6 am really loud and apparently incompetent lawnscapers would start their work. I say incompetent because they would linger under my window for hours, typically not ending until 12 or 1. This is not in compliance with the Tempe noise ordinance. I tried multiple times complaining to management about this and the bugs, to the point where I was going to contact the department of health and safety. All complaints and emails went unanswered and unresolved.
Another point to add is that almost every single one of my boxes delivered was "lost". I would get a UPS notice on the door that they left my package at the office, and every time I went to the office the same inept, unskilled workers would gingerly tell me it wasn't there. Criminals are clearly running this disastrous establishment bc I don't know how boxes just disappear. Unprofessional and unqualified don't even begin to explain the staff, I'll put it this way- I'd honestly rather spend an afternoon trying to gwther a response from a collection of rocks than deal with these people.
To top this all off, the new management took over a few months before our lease ended. One of the bedrooms in our apartment became infested with bees. Yes, bees were flying in from the outside through the lamp in the closet to the inside of our apartment. When we went to management, she told us she would send maintenance to look at it. Then she told us that the soonest pest control could get there was Wednesday- it was Monday at the time. What kind of unprofessional establishment thinks it's acceptable to keep residents in a bee infested environment for two days. Maintenance told the woman that it was out of control thankfully and she had the pest control come that night. But then the pest control was asking us for supplies like duct tape???
Overall I don't have one positive about this place. Extremely unprofessional. Disgusting and unsanitary conditions. Staff that were hired with high school diplomas, if that. I don't have much hope for the new management after the bee incident. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone- I'd honestly rather live out of a storage unit.
