  • Update: After having my fiancĂ© call in to try to rectify our bill (after my unsuccessful attempts), they did try to give him the same runaround and say that's how they do their billing. However, after much discussion, CenturyLink did finally realize that we were not being charged our negotiated and contracted rate and they did credit our account. It still should not be that difficult. After our contract is completed, we do not anticipate renewing our contract.
