  • I have never written a bad review before but if i could give this place less than a star i would! Ive been going to the salon at this location since before it was princess nails, when it switched over owners, i stuck around with the new staff because my eyebrow lady stayed. Once she left, i ventured to her new location for her eyebrow services (although it was far) but stayed at the now princess nails location for nail and other services. After about 5 years, I decided to just do everything at princess nails as it was convenient. Their skills became less than par, i dont know what happened or if they just stopped caring but they are NOT good for Nail and eyebrow services. My biogel was chunky and over priced, never & the shape i asked for. I found a new nail place i have been going to for a year now and am VERY happy (tippy toe nails in mississauga). I began getting my eyebrows threaded by someone recommended through a friend and since she recently moved as well, i decided to go to princess nails to get my eyebrows waxed, thinking they could just clean it up for me. I showed the lady a picture of what i wanted, she proceeded to tell me this was OLD FASHIONED (im 20) and did what she wanted to. I had VERY thick eyebrows and loved them, she took over half of the hair off on each side and changed the entire shape , when i was almost in tears she told me people "back home" would pay a lot of money for eyebrows like mine! I didnt want thin eyebrows! I will have to fill them in for months with more product than there is hair !!! they are utterly destroyed !! I will never ever be back.
