  • I was very pleased with the moving service I received from the moment I made the phone call to when I waved to the men goodbye. Each step of the scheduling process was documented and a call made to verify the availability, time, space, and cost. The men showed up on time and got my furniture wrapped, down winding stairs, and into their truck wonderfully. They were very nice, professional, and strong. They also did a wonderful job disassembling and reassembling my king size bed. I was very impressed with the service. The only reason I give it a 4 star instead of a 5 is because during cost discussion before the move I was told I would not have to pay a travel or gas rate - only for the 2 men and truck - upon the final transaction I was quoted a travel rate which I was not expecting. Other than that I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience.
