My husband and I were customers with Tiffany's Cleaners in December of 2015. After receiving all our garments back, I realized my fairly new blouse had multiple holes in it, which we're not there from the start. My husband brought it to their attention. They seemed very apologetic. When speaking to the manager, they asked if we could provide them with any kind of proof as how much the blouse was. My husband then provided them with that information and was told he'd receive a phone call in a few days to pick up a check. Here we are months later and still have yet to get that phone call. Very disappointing! Definitely bad business.
