  • I really enjoyed this shop until today's experience! I had a appt with Pat.. only tech I go to since coming to this salon. He was aware that I was waiting..due to him being behind schedule. Not my fault i arrived 20 mins early! For myappt! Waiting for almost 2 hrs he finally decide to walk up to me & say he couldn't get to me . he has other appts. Well so did I!? .. waiting nearly almost 2 hrs. For that!? Unbelievable. Than at this point I was upset. Only service that was rendered to me was my 9yo daughter got her nails polished. At this point he said Just come back later ..lol wow I said you just lost a valuable customer. I always tip him well each time! For this to happen was wrong! Very unprofessional you book appt.. learn how to manage your time better! Wtf is the point of having sn appt when your not seen by a nail tech in time of the appt. I took myself to nevada nail spa & lash where I got exactly what i deserved as a customer! So definitely will no longer be giving them any business from now on.
