  • We're newer residents to this property and have been pleasantly been surprised with the maintenance staff, specifically Jerry & Israel as well as Chelsea at the front desk... Jerry and his team are always considerate & complete their work efficiently. Chelsea is the only leasing office staff member we deal with because others either are too "busy" to help or somehow not available, the phone will just ring forever. These two keep their word, try to help us as much as they can which goes a long way for such a huge complex. We enjoy utilizing the gym and pool area, even though residents don't respect these areas they do their best with upkeep. One of the few downsides is ants and lost packages. We have a pup so it makes it difficult to schedule the provided terminators & the lost packages? This complex was two merged into one with two different street addresses, we've had packages end up at the other unit with the same unit number because there us no barrier or sign for deliveries to be directed to the correct unit... Nonetheless, thanks again Jerry & Chelsea!
