Wooooo-sah. This Starbucks location really tests my patience, especially during the morning weekday rush. I come here sporadically solely due to the fact that is on the way to my job.
My main word of advice for dealing with this location is utilize MOBILE ORDER & PAY. Which, coincidentally, may be the leading cause of the decline of service and efficiency for those walking in to order at this location and other Starbucks.
On my very last visit, this past Thursday (11/10/16), I waited to order and then receive my drink for a total of 22 minutes. Mind you, there wasn't even that long of a line. One barista was making drinks. DURING A WEEKDAY MORNING. In addition, there was a new-ish employee operating the register who wasn't completely sure of what was available plus what all of the drinks were. Just a list of bad decisions.
Weekday mornings from opening to about 9:30/10:00 am is when all, competent and efficient hands should be on deck. This shouldn't be a notion but an actual action for any Starbucks location. I will give them that the employees are very friendly but I prefer productivity over friendliness.
