DO THE TASTING MENU.
We made a reservation and got seated with a great view. I don't think there's a bad seat though. We opted for the tasting menu and opted to upgrade the shrimp to lobster for an extra 10 bucks. well worth it.
We started with the lobster bisque (a little too much Brandy for my taste) and my cousin got the Caesar. I then got the scallop and she got the pork belly. We shared them. I liked the scallop (it's just one) much better. The filet and lobster were next and they were amazing. Lastly was the dessert, which I was too full to enjoy!
Get there early. The lines for the elevators are long and you have to go through a metal detector. But it's an amazing experience to do in the beginning of your trip to get the full view!
