Wooooooooooooooow. The employees of this place are masters at being terrible to customers. I get a message thru Yelp from an Amber apologizing and saying they addressed the matter with their employee and would like to replace the experience. I was not interested in free food because that wasnt the point of my previous review, but I appreciated that they addressed the matter with the employee, so I was willing to give them a second chance.
I went in and said that an Amber said she was going to cover my meal. IMMEDIATELY the employees demeanor changed towards me like a palace guard guarding the gates. AGAIN I was treated by employees like I did not matter and was asked to move to the side for their paying customers WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY I DIDNT WANT THE FREE MEAL IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
Even AFTER SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER I was told they were not going to replace the meal. Wow. UN BELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE. This place can go fuck themselves. DONE WASTING MY TIME WITH THIS DUMP.
Seriously! Did they just invite me back to remind me they all suck?! Why?!
