  • I was very disappointed when I saw two bottles at my door step which I didn't order and then they charged me an extra $10 for those unwanted bottles. They give you those "communicating stickies", which are " my voice " to the driver when he comes to my door letting him or her know how many bottles I am requesting. I didn't like that they assumed I needed two more bottles. I left NOTHING at my door step indicating I need MORE water. They told me we go by your notes?? I had to call from work and discuss this issue, which is not what I signed up for , pure inconvenience. This is a red flag for me. One more incident like this and I'm out. I'm sharing my experience as a new customer, try them, you might like them, but this is what happened to me. I'll share a positive review later if this was just a mishap, but as of now, not really happy.
