(seems like the original review that I wrote on 2/15 got deleted so I'm posting this again)
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter on Valentine's Day. I'm from out of state and my daughter lives locally in Mesa, AZ. I checked their website on the 14th for delivery status and their site just happened to be down - like all day it was down. I called throughout the day and wasn't able to get a live person. Their site didn't come back up until this morning (2/15). I called multiple times today and finally got a person on the phone who said my delivery wasn't made, and that the driver said it was a bad address (which it wasn't). I asked why they couldn't call my daughter's phone or my phone and she said she didn't know. I ended up raising my voice and pretty much said how I felt... to which I got hung up on. I called back multiple times and got no answer, again.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They advertise things they can't deliver on, pun intended. There's no use for Valentine Flowers to be sent on the 15th, so I don't even know what to do from here. Once they decide to pick up their phone, I hope to get a full refund.
Advice to the store owner; please do not hire millennials who aren't sensitive to customers who help with local businesses. If the person who I talked to had an ounce of customer service, then I probably wouldn't be here writing about my bad experience with your store. Instead, I got some 'kid' who replied with 'I don't know' and 'well, nobody is here to help me out' instead of apologizing for the service knowing Valentine's isn't coming around again for another year. It's just ridiculous!!!
