  • My PC was in need of an operating system upgrade, from the old outdated Vista OS, and I wanted the hard-to-come-by Windows 7 that is no longer available at retail outlets. I found AITS on Yelp, which was right in my neighborhood, and called immediately. Mike was friendly and informative, and explained what I needed to do to optimize my PC. He did a free assessment, and called me back within an hour with an explanation of what was needed, and a corresponding price to get the job done. Within a day my computer was cleaned-up, virus-free and working like greased lightening! Mike even gave me a whole tutorial walk-through of all the bells and whistles on my 'like-new' PC, along with precautions on how to dodge future malware issues. Many thanks to Mike and his engineers for their expert IT service and fantastic customer service!
