I had one of the WORST customer services experiences of my entire life here yesterday. I went in because the earrings that my boyfriend had gotten me as a gift had turned almost black instead of the gold they were originally, I had never gotten them wet or left them in my hot car. I went in and simply asked if it was possible to get the stones switched out, because I did not know their policy. The three women working acted like I was a scam artist trying to get free earrings, even though I had proof of purchase and was simply asking what my options were. I have never felt so belittled or embarrassed by employees. They did replace the gems, but made a big deal about how it was "on my record" and "you will never be able to do this again with Kendra Scott, so do not even try." The woman who replaced the gems handed them back to me and when I asked for a bag she rolled her eyes grabbed a big bag and threw the two small earrings in there. This experience has totally ruined my special earrings, necklace, and bracelet that used to be really special to me. They were just so unnecessarily catty and rude to me - it felt like they wanted to be mean and hurt me, which they succeeded in doing. Shame on them for poisoning something that was special for me.
