  • Historically I'm a huge fan of Nordstrom due to the customer service and return policy. However, today's visit to Nordstrom was the worst service I've experienced. The rep that assisted with my return hardly acknowledged my presence since she was in the middle of an important personal conversation with her fellow coworkers. I'm really disappointed in lack of service.
