  • These guys took a shotgun approach with my dog's ear infection, twice. They were happy to charge me over $150 and send me on my way with an unlabeled mystery solution containing an unknown antibiotic. I told them two weeks later that it wasn't helping. They charged me another $40 for brand name ear drops which also did nothing. They were more interested in justifying the charge than taking care of my dog the first time. I went to a competitor in "Las Sendas" who was very thorough, cleaned his ear out, pulled a hairball out of his ear, and gave him a steroidal antibiotic that is working wonders for him, all at less than half the price. I won't be back to the Brown Rd clinic - ever.
