rev:text	This review has been looooong overdue but please stay away! This massive store constantly has a total of 4 workers on the floor (including the 3 at the register). They are always understaffed with that being said I am never greeted nor helped unless I have to walk a mile and search for some help. That mile I just mentioned is due to the fact that the workers that are there are only on the right side of the store (higher end brands). As a the budget shopper that I am I purchase something on that side maybe once or twice a year otherwise I can find it cheaper online. Asking someone to help me on the other side (cheaper/drugstore brands) always seems like a burden and the help is always rushed. In addition, this store is ALWAYS SOLD OUT of the same brands. At this point the volume of requests should ring a bell to order a twice the amount more. I have called for a certain lipgloss 4 times and it took me a month to finally get my hands on it (I grabbed the last 3 on the shelf just in case I would never see it again.)...Also, I won't get into the racial profiling of this location but just note that 1) there are NEVER enough people on staff 2) They are constantly out of stock 3) The stores setup is distinguish ably inconvenient. The only thing that kept me coming back there compared to sephora is there good reward program and variety of products...though the service Ive dealt with (at several locations not just this one) is not worth it at all!! Sephora will now be my go to and if I want products they don't carry I will go online or to the closest Target.
