| - If I could rate them 6 stars, I totally would. I've used Justin Time 3 times now for moves, and every single time has been a fantastic experience. But this last time puts them all to shame.
My husband and I were moving out of our 2-story townhome in Scottsdale to a house in the Biltmore Circle, and to say we have a lot of crap is an understatement. We just got married 7 months ago, so for the last year it's felt like our entire home was one giant storage unit for wedding gifts and decor. It had gotten to the point where we were literally living out of our bedroom. So when it came time to pack everything up and make the move, the task was incredibly daunting. We decided we wanted to pay for someone else to pack for us, so we hired Justin Time to come over the day before our move and pack just our dining room and kitchen (we wanted to save some money). They get paid by the hour, so you'd think they would try to take their dear, sweet time packing everything up, but no. They finished our entire downstairs, including the living room, in about 90 minutes. It was amazing.
Next up, we scheduled the movers to come the following day, and they us a team of 3 guys with one large truck. Again, they get paid by the hour so I assumed we'd be moving all day. Nope. They loaded up our stuff, drove the 20 minute drive to our new place, and unpacked everything from the truck in about 3.5 hours total. And to top it off, the guys were so incredibly great to be around! Even on a 115 degree day they were all in great moods, joking around with each other, and having smiles on their faces. It was seriously a joy to be around them.
I will never, ever, EVER use another moving company again. We made the mistake of using a different company the last time we moved, against my better judgement, and they took us for a ride - it took them approx. 12 hours to move 2 900 square foot apartments into one 1600 square foot town house. It was ridiculous.
Don't look elsewhere. Hire Justin Time.
Oh and one piece of advice - if you want really happy movers, make sure you supply them with waters, gatorade, and food. They will be very thankful and work that much harder for you!
