  • My update- I had to use this location recently and had a much better experience. I still can't say that I was impressed but it was much better than previous visits. Listen. This is a chain. We all know what a bank chain is like by now, right? Well, at least I hope we all do if we are using Yelp. However, this is the thing- I don't have an overall dislike of Citizens bank but I do NOT like THIS location. I avoid it under all circumstances. To start with you have to be buzzed in and out of this place more times than I feel comfortable with. Second, I can't get into details but I find it scary that the employees at this location have employment after the experiences I've encountered. Yet they still do. I go out of my way to avoid it. Literally. Waste 30-60 minutes to drive and park to visit a different branch just to avoid this location.
