  • I went to Lowe's on 5/16/14 to get some irrigation supplies not sure where they were I was walking on the outside loop looking for it and saw a sales rep in the flooring dept. The rep directed me to the correct aisle. When I got to that aisle a gentleman named Gary was there and helped me with the supplies I was getting. He answered my questions and gave me the best options for each item needed. I needed a certain tool and didn't want to spend a lot on it as I knew there were other ways, but the tool he grabbed was $3, although they make tools for those that work in the industry that cost $20 for those laying irrigation lines all day. He was very helpful and made my trip to Lowe's a very good one. Thanks Gary, I hope management sees this and you get the props you deserve!
