  • Bought a dishwasher here last week and it was such a disastrous experience from start to finish. This appliance is for a house that I was renting out and when we bought it the sales guy told us it would be ready for pick up on Friday 12 pm,which is perfect because the renters were moving in on Saturday. I decided to pick it up myself since I was already going to be renting a uhaul to move some furniture out and since the delivery was to Newmarket it would've been $140 delivery fee. Came in Friday at 1pm and was told it wouldn't be ready for pickup until 4 pm and the sales person should've told us that. I wasn't going to come back from Newmarket and then go back up in rush hour and They realized that I was clearly angry at the miscommunication Between departments. They offered to deliver it to us for free on Tuesday. I agreed, and got a confirmation that it will come between 2:30pm-5:30 pm. Since I wasn't expecting them till later in the afternoon, I was away from my phone all morning. Return to it with 3 missed calls, didn't even leave a message. Called them back and they wanted to come earlier, told them earliest I can do is1:45. They said they'll call back. I call the renter letting her know that the delivery will come earlier than expected and she tells me they just delivered it and left. THEY DELIVERED AT 1PM WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION. What if no one was at home would they leave it on the lawn?!? Even caught the renter off guard as she was expecting them during that time frame. As the purchaser of this item I expect to be there during delivery. They didn't even unpack it from the box like my previous deliveries from the brick. Just left it in the middle of the kitchen. This experience is very infuriating and the type of delivery service I received was very unprofessional. They didn't even call for a survey like how they usually do probably because they knew I would give a bad review. Sent the brick an email about the service I received to hopefully they will contact me back.
