  • I'm giving Dr.Lewis a 4 star because I absolutely LOVE her bedside manner, she is knowledgeable & caring. I went to see her years ago but decided to leave because her office staff was EXTREMELY rude. When I spoke with the office manager about it, she was even worse than the staff & Im not an emotional woman, so my husband was surprised how much these women upset me. He told me to leave the practice, I told him how much I loved Michelle Lewis & didn't want to leave. So he suggested I write a letter to the doctor. I did write that letter, two times. With zero response. I assumed her office staff intervened & doctor Lewis never read the letter, I couldn't imagine if she read the letter & knew how badly some of her clients were being treated by particular staff that she would just ignore it. (THIS WAS about 18 yrs ago). So it's been a while. Since I did not hear back, I looked around & found Dr.Sauter & I am very pleased with him also. I hope since then, changes in her staffing have been made because Dr.Lewis is supreme at her job!
