| - Worst experience ever, My iphone6 plus broke on Dec 31st, I yelped many places but none of them open, tried to make an appointment in Apple Store but the closest time would be on Jan 2nd. I had no choice to take my phone to this store( worst choice) the owner( I don't recall his name) told me my phone screen failed so he need to replace my screen, I have to pay 155 dollars( including 35 labor) then I did. The phone started acting up right after I went home so I have to go back again, the technician told me I have to restart sometimes to make it work, of course that didn't solve the problem. I went back in a few days then they switched another screen, the phone worked but the rear camera was broken, 3rd time they fix the camera ( the technical told me it was because he didn't install screen properly) but the screen stop working. Then 4th time and 5th time, after the 5th time I have to wait for 4 hours to have my screen switch again, I found there is a dark spot on the right corner of the screen, the owner told me just gave a try for 2 or 3 weeks, he will give me full refund if it still had problems. I trusted him but the truth is he refused to return my money and kept telling me my phone had motherboard problem instead of the screen, also, he threw my original screen away which I doubt it was broken at first place. I went to Apple Store to find 2nd opinion, the technical there told me this place definitely made my phone worse. Now my phone is totally broken after I paid 155 dollars. I will never ever trust this place and really wish someone can do something to prevent him from scamming other customers.
