I purchased their $99 special which was a 90 minute massage including 3 elevations. I'm guessing one elevation was using the hot stones. The other was a foot scrub which last 3 minutes, if that and it was only a portion of my feet. I don't know what the 3rd one was. From the moment I walked into the back and the moment I stood up to get dressed it was 70 minutes. Laura spent a good ten minutes throughout the massage grabbing things and spraying things. So in the end I paid for a 60-minute massage. Needless to say, I was not happy with my service and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
So the next day, the office manager contacted me to ask how my services were so I shared that with her however she never mentioned seeing this review on Yelp. So she allowed me an opportunity to come back in and have the same services done for free. While Suzanne was amazing and she did a great job, that is the only positive thing I can say about my experience with this company. The girl at the front desk proceeded to ask how my experience was and then asked me to go on Yelp to update my review after I said I enjoyed the massage. So basically that's the reason why they reached out to me. For the record the massage was still not 90 minutes. They should change their advertisement to correctly indicate the amount of time that they are actually providing a massage.
