| - We picked this place coz the location it's close were we lived .They had a deal for 2 classes for a good price. So we started with 2 classes a week and ended up with 3 classes a week.For the first few months everything went well. Then I started noticing something I didn't like. First of all instructors are not friendly and Julie ( front desk )got attitude, she need customer service training.Travis - instructor / owner is RUDE didn't seems to care if the student is late, he won't let my daughter come in telling my daughter NO CAN'T COME IN, sometimes things happened , she never been late ever that was the first time late. My daughter was crying , sad the rest of the day .Who the hell does that to a 7 year old ? The last time I check we pay for that class not free , so what's the big deal she's late...That part for me was enough to cancel but my daughter wanted to keep going so we did.Then a week ago we decided to cancel the acro class coz she didn't learn back flip that class and Travis teaching the same routine over and over I saw the kids getting bored yawning for real...So we told the rude front desk lady name Julie that she not going that acro class no more but we keep the other 2 classes . And shes argue with my husband that we need to pay the full amount including the other class that we cancel coz she said its company policy , but why would we pay that my daughter no longer going that class at all ? You can't argue with customer , coz you don't know who you dealing with . To make the story short my husband ended up paying the classes and she waived the 1 class that we cancelled . The next day they email my husband that they return the money through mail , and they don't want my daughter to go back there no more.Basically they kicked out my daughter just because my husband was asking them why we would pay the 1 class that my daughter no longer going that class ..Julie is mad that husband checked on her , she used to argue all the parents the same problem gave them atittude and they let that go, well not gonna work with us...One more thing we put money down payment for recital costume now they won't refund us coz they said its non refundable which is BS, if they refund us the 2 classes payment which they mail it, Why can't refund for recital costume deposit, doesn't make sense at all.. To me it seems as this place only motivated by the amount of money they squeeze out of the parents...This place not worth it , this place small and stinks !!! I'm glad we found now better place ,well known , for my daughter !!!
