  • My experience with his company was horrible. Planning to go out of town for a week, I had planned to park elsewhere, with a coupon I found for a $39.95 full week rate. I then noticed your company says they match coupons, but just to be safe I called and spoke to Danny, told him the name of the other place for the coupon I had, and the rate. Danny confirm that it will be accepted, and no other fees except tax. I parked my car at your lot for the week. Tired from the long flight home, I return to your lot to get my car. When I get to the exit, I give the coupon to the guy working. He tells me the rate will be much higher than what the coupon says. I explain to him that I spoke to Danny, and of course the rate should be exactly what the coupon says, plus tax. He says there is nothing he can do about it, and that he does not have a rate for that company on the computer and can't adjust ot. I explain that it's a problem for him, but he needs to honor the rate, and work to find a solution. He stands there and basically says nothing he can do, and I need to pay the higher rate. He does see anything wrong with the situation, and had zero ability to reason with the customer's needs. suggest he contact a manager, as I told him I will not be paying more than the coupon price. He refused to contact a manager, saying he does not wake his manager, and there is nobody else working. It was 8:15 on a Saturday night!! I once again restated that I will not pay extra. And I turn the car off, and tell him I'm not leaving until the price is correctly adjusted, or he can let me exit without paying if that's easier. Of course I was happy to pay the amount that I was originally promised, but he was being outright rude, refusing to help. After a few minutes of waiting, tyong up the exit lane, he quietly called his manager, and I hear him in the background say something to the effect of "Oh, there is a button, ok, I will adjust the price." He never admitted his mistake to us, apologized or was at all friendly as he collected the correct payment. The fact that he was so rude to begin with, did not know how to handle this problem, did not want to ask for help, and was just as rude to us at the end of the transaction are all unacceptable. Because of how the situation was handled, and the lack of training with this employee, I will no longer invest my time or energy with dealing with this company when traveling. Unfortunately this employee should not be working the exit line, especially alone, until he receives additional training.
