  • Yes, the lines can be ridiculous at times but the customer service is always on point. The coffee is awesome too! Dutch Bros is a little different than their major competitor. They actually strive to give each and every patron great customer service. This little touch is what makes their customer service way better than some of the other coffee companies. I think it's pretty simple, if you want mediocre customer service then go somewhere else. If you want great customer service every time, then Dutch Brothers is your coffee place.
