  • They helped me with my door handle that was broken and when we figured out that it was defective part and I would have to get a dealer part they refused to take any payment from me for their time! Very nice gesture on their part to spend almost an hour helping me with my car issue and then not take payment. To me it's a good indication that they aren't overly greedy which is a good quality in an auto mechanic - and anyone for that matter.
