My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel a few nights ago and I must say the only thing great about it was it was so close to everything you needed , grocery stores, restaurants, museums, clothing stores ect.
The problems Was: the lady at the front desk was not very cheerful or happy she basically asked for my name and gave me a key and that's it did not tell me there was free wifi or how to connect or anything. As we got to the room it was very old and didn't seem to be updated but I must say it was big. The night we checked in we wanted to go swimming, we booked online and there was a picture of a swimming pool so we thought great there is a pool there .WRONG! Pool was a 5 min walk and they closed at 7 I mean what do they do in the winter send there guest threw the snow. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was the worst. Our first night we hear this raddling from the bathroom we called front desk and they sent someone up. He then told us when we hear it to open the water because there is air in the pipes, we delt with this sound for 2 nights I couldn't deal with it for our last night. I expressed myself again to front desk and he said to move rooms I agreed and let me tell you the room was so small there was no room for anything but it was our last night so made it work. if you book here get a room facing the street much bigger. But I will not be staying here ever again.
