I just left Aria and this was my first time eating there although I live a few blocks away.
I ordered a Manhattan and the bartender used a one shot dispenser to pour my bourbon. Why bother calling it a Manhattan? I would gladly pay for as proper pour.
They have a $5 bar menu which I happened to stumble upon in the menu. I ordered the tuna and it was worth the $5, nothing more.
I ordered the "Tomato Braised 24 Hour Pork Shank". There is no way the pork shank was braised for 24 hours. If it were, the meat would have been tender..falling off the bone which it was not. The tomato sauce had zero flavor. All in all, the meal sucked and it was served lukewarm.
The bar service was ok at best.
I will now return to eating at the Capital Grill which never disappoints although a bit pricey
