Grabbed a table here this past Sunday evening with a friend. Seemed very promising up front and for the most part delivered. I ordered a ginger ale and was pleasantly surprised to see that they make their own! Who else does that?
I found the combination of burgers and Asian cuisine interesting and was very tempted to try one of their rice bowls, but decided to stick with the Market Burger, beef and chorizo sausage patty with arugula pesto, blue cheese and chevre... I asked to sub the blue cheese for smoked provolone and it arrived at the table with blue cheese... really? Aw shucks... Walked it up to the bar myself because they seemed understaffed and I was starving I couldn't catch our server's eye no matter how much I willed her to look in our direction. Once I got the proper food I was very satisfied.
My dinner companion ordered the OMGTJMKM (oh my goodness this just might kill me) Burger... it was piled high with 3 cheeses, bacon, chili, a fried egg and an onion ring. As you can imagine it was pretty tall and was devoured in a mess of yums and finger licking. Sweet potato fries were solid as was the house made ketchup.
Overall it has great potential, the uber-hipster service was a little lackluster, but my bias might have been informed by my raging and unforgiving hunger. Would totally go back though.
