  • Never again! Stopped by here at 8 PM, Aug 26 2016. And asked for heath -bar, the server replied "coffee heath-bar" and I replied "yes one pint please". I received maple walnut. I did not realize the mistake until I drove the 7 min home. I returned to Betsy's 17 min later told them the problem. The two women working accused each other of switching ice-cream containers. I received a second hand-packed pint, it appeared by taste to be OK but I did not see any Heath-bar chunks or any walnuts in the small sample I asked for. When I got home I found MAPLE WALNUT AGAIN! When I opened the pint I found very obvious large walnut pieces on top. I brought the 2nd pint back and asked for my money back, I received my $6.50 back. Betsy's was not busy during any of my 3 visits. The ice-cream was very soft, softer than normal soft-serve ice-cream, something is wrong with their freezer. Good luck if you have major or minor allergies, you will not be able to avoid them at Betsy's.
